Somebody needs to own your cloud.
Most AWS accounts were not designed — they accumulated. Four engagements, from a written assessment to running it for you. No operating platform required.
Four ways in. Start with the first one.
Almost everyone starts with a Blueprint. It is a written assessment you keep whether or not you work with us again.
Cloud Blueprint
A written assessment of what you run now, what it risks, and what should change — before anyone touches it.
You suspect it is a mess but cannot prove where. A Blueprint ends the guessing, and you keep it either way.
Request a BlueprintCloud Foundation
The foundation built properly: accounts, identity, networking, environments and deployment, as code.
You are starting fresh, or the Blueprint found enough that rebuilding the base is cheaper than patching it.
Discuss a FoundationCloud Control
We keep it healthy: monitoring, patching, cost control, recovery testing and a named engineer who knows your setup.
You have no one in-house who wants to own infrastructure, and you would rather that was deliberate than accidental.
Discuss Cloud ControlDeveloper Cloud
For engineering teams: the environments, pipelines and guardrails your developers work inside every day.
You have engineers, and they are losing days to infrastructure work that is nobody's actual job.
Discuss Developer CloudWhat we actually cover.
Written as infrastructure as code and handed over with documentation. Nothing configured by clicking around a console at midnight.
Who can do what
Single sign-on, least privilege, and an answer to who has access that is not a guess. What can reach what
Environment isolation so a mistake in testing cannot reach production.Nothing clicked together
Infrastructure written down and version-controlled, so it can be reviewed and rebuilt.Tested, not assumed
Backups that have actually been restored, with a recovery time you have seen proven.Named, not charted
The real drivers identified and reduced, rather than a dashboard nobody reads.Documented and yours
Written up so another engineer could take it over. That includes taking it away from us.You do not have to take the operating platform.
Plenty of our infrastructure customers have no shops, no vans and nothing physical at all. They are software teams who need the foundation done properly by someone who will still be reachable in a year.
A Blueprint is an assessment, not an implementation. It tells you what to do; doing it is a separate piece of work.
We do not quote before scoping. Any number given before we have seen your account would be invented.
We will tell you if you do not need us. Some accounts are fine and just need documenting.
