ABOUT GEEBLO
We design the brand, build the site, and make the business behind it run.

Geeblo is one team for brand, websites, marketing, software and cloud. We help businesses launch, operate and grow.
Most agencies stop at the website. Most software firms never touch the brand. Customers experience all of it at once — the post that found them, the site that sold to them, and the team that delivered.
Working across that whole journey is the reason the company exists — whether that means one focused project or the whole thing.
We started inside a real operation, not on a whiteboard.
We built our own ventures first — brand, site, marketing and systems — on businesses that could not afford for any of it to fail.
01 · THE PROBLEMA garment care business that could not see its own work.
Items moved between a counter, a production floor, a racking system and a van. The only complete picture of where anything was lived in two people's heads.
02 · FIRST BUILDSmartDry, built for that operation specifically.
Identity for every garment, defined production stages, quality gates, racking positions and proof of handover — built because the business needed it, not because it demoed well.
03 · THE PATTERNThe same problems, in unrelated industries.
Food, retail, field service and distribution all needed identity, custody, workflow and location. The specifics differed; the underlying capabilities did not.
04 · TODAYReusable capabilities, plus the foundation underneath.
The Operating Platform carries those capabilities into other operations, and Geeblo Infrastructure builds the cloud foundation that any of it depends on — including for software teams with no physical operation at all.
How we work.
We map the operation before we propose anything.
Software decisions made without walking the floor tend to be expensive. We start with how the work actually happens, including the parts that are working fine.
- IN PRACTICE
- A written map of your operation before any configuration
- WHAT THIS AVOIDS
- Paying to automate a process that should have been changed
- WHO DOES IT
- The people who will also deliver the work
Integration is usually the right answer.
Payments, accounting, payroll and email already work. We connect them. What gets built is the part that is specific to your operation and unavailable anywhere else.
- IN PRACTICE
- Keep what works, connect what doesn't, build what's missing
- WHAT THIS AVOIDS
- A rip-and-replace migration nobody asked for
- THE TEST
- Would owning this capability create real value for you?
One platform, configured — not a new codebase each time.
We are not a development agency. Capabilities are reusable and improve for every customer as they mature, which is why the second customer in an industry is cheaper to serve than the first.
- IN PRACTICE
- Configuration and extension, not a bespoke rebuild
- WHAT THIS AVOIDS
- Being the only business on earth running your software
- THE BENEFIT
- Improvements arrive without a project to fund them
We label what is live and what is not.
Every capability on this site carries its real availability. Roadmap is described as roadmap. It is a slower way to sell and a much better way to still be here in five years.
- IN PRACTICE
- Live / In development / Planned, stated on the page
- WHAT THIS AVOIDS
- Buying a demo that turns out to be a plan
- ON PROOF
- Customer results are published once verified, not before
Businesses we built and run ourselves.
What Geeblo is not.
Being specific about this is more useful to you than another list of things we claim to do.

We would rather understand your business properly than send you a capability deck. The first conversation costs nothing.
